About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver high-quality training

programmes for professionals across government entities, financial institutions, and

corporate organisations in the GCC region. Beyond classroom delivery, this role contributes

to content design and the development of cybersecurity learning products tailored to

diverse institutional contexts. Work location will be Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role requirement:

Training Delivery

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) on topics including cybersecurity fundamentals, threat management, incident response, fraud prevention, GRC, and emerging cyber threats
- Facilitate workshops for mixed audiences — from early graduates to senior leadership
- Adapt delivery style to meet learner needs across technical and non-technical cohorts spanning government, transport, financial services, and other regulated sectors

Content Design & Review

- Co-design and review training content, case studies, and assessments aligned to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SAMA CSF, and NCA ECC




- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and contextual alignment across client sectors
- Support localisation of global cybersecurity content for GCC audiences

Learning Product Development

- Collaborate on the design of cybersecurity learning products — including program structures, learning journeys, and certification pathways
- Input into eLearning module design and storyboarding (SCORM/LMS-ready formats)
- Support proposal and RFP responses with technical curriculum input when required

Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity (offensive, defensive, GRC, or SOC contexts)
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity training to professional or corporate audiences
- Familiarity with GCC regulatory and compliance frameworks across sectors
- Recognised certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, ECIH, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills — able to make complex topics accessible to diverse audiences
- Experience with curriculum or instructional design is a plus
