We're building more than infrastructure — we're building an ecosystem through education, communities, and innovative marketing.This isn't a traditional ops or assistant role. You'll work directly with the Founder's Office to build DigiRDP's visibility, grow an engaged tech community, run marketing experiments, and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution — with real ownership and exposure to how a growing tech company operates.What you'll do:Community Building & WorkshopsBuild and execute DigiRDP's community initiativesCoordinate online and offline workshops on cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and related topicsManage registrations, attendee communication, and post-event engagementGrow and manage our WhatsApp community and other platformsTrack engagement metrics and improve participationCoordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teamsFounder & Business OutreachReach out to startup founders, local businesses, colleges, incubators, and tech communitiesCoordinate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessionsSchedule meetings and manage outreach pipelinesBuild long-term relationships with ecosystem partnersRepresent DigiRDP professionally in all communicationsGrowth Marketing & Reddit OperationsOwn and monitor Reddit marketing initiativesResearch relevant communities for authentic engagementMeasure campaign performance and prepare weekly reportsExperiment with recent organic growth channelsTranslate insights into actionable growth strategiesResearch, Data & AIConduct market, competitor,
