Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travelProactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are metIdentify, address,



and resolve issues in a timely and efficient mannerProvide accurate destination information and relevant recommendationsHandle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt actionMonitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plansSupport travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities

Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressureAbility to assess situations quickly and respond appropriatelyAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team playerWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
