The team atour clientworks remotely with international clients to produce clash-free, coordinated models, construction documentation, and reality-capture outputs—strictly adhering to global BIM standards.Our clientis now looking to expand their production team and invites talented architects to join their Ahmedabad hub.Role OverviewAs aBIM Architectwithour client , the candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing detailed Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves working closely withour client'sinternal production team and international clients to translate design intent into accurate, data-rich models and construction-ready documentation. This position requires a strong architectural background, technical proficiency in BIM software, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within strict project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and manageArchitectural BIM models(LOD 100 to LOD 500)



using Autodesk Revit forour client'sinternational projects.Create accurateconstruction documentation , including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed shop drawings.Performclash detectionand model coordination using Navisworks, resolving conflicts across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.Collaborate remotely withour client'sinternational project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure model accuracy and adherence to design intent.Implement and follow globalBIM standards(AIA, ISO, or client-specific protocols) for naming conventions, file management, and data integrity.Respond to clientRFIs (Requests for Information)and incorporate design changes and revisions into the model efficiently.Conduct regular internalquality checksto ensure models are clash-free, coordinated, and compliant with project specifications.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time digital delivery.Mandatory Qualifications & SkillsB.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)— This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates without B.Arch will not be considered.1 to 4 yearsof professional experience in BIM modeling, architectural drafting,
