nJob Role:
nWe are hiring for a Senior Finance qualified, who is proficient in areas of business finance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Headcount planning and MIS reporting. Proven ability to partner with business leaders, drive cost optimization, improve utilization, and deliver accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
nThis position is responsible for driving all the direct costs optimization initiatives for all strategic / top accounts and at the BU level. The focus is to enhance Operating Margin, Gross Margin, and Revenue, through Cost + Efficiency initiatives. Partnering with the business leadership to provide decision support, periodic analytics and proactively draws attention of the business towards possible red flags.
nThis role involves very high and frequent involvement and engagement with the Finance/ Business leaders/ Delivery and program managers/ HR BP/ RMG/ TA teams to lead,



support and track BU level business initiatives to successful closure.

- Determine, maintain, and understand the key business drivers of the business unit (e.g., Headcount, Margins, Revenue per FTE, Cost per FTE, Utilization, Direct costs etc.).n
- Assist with establishing financial goals and operational metrics for BUs as needed.n
- Preparation of BU financial revenue and cost budgets and thereafter execution of regular revenue and GM forecasting exercises.n
- Responsible for supporting, tracking and reporting on special projects (e.g., headcount ramp up/ down, capacity analysis, profit improvement programs, etc.)n
- Analyse financial statements (including high level modelling capability) to develop and support strategic insights, working closely with CXO leveln
