nCriteria- Any Graduate (MBA preferred) with 4+ years of experience in Project Sales / Business Development, preferably in Interior Products, Building Materials, Wallcoverings, Environmental Graphics, Related Industries.

nJob Summary:
nExposure to Project Sales, particularly in dealing directly with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Stakeholders & will be responsible for developing new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring strong client relationships and post-sales service.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to order closure and payment collection.n
- Develop and implement New Business Development Strategies to generate project opportunities.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and project decision-makers.n
- Identify and develop new project opportunities through direct engagement with architects and interior design firms.n
- Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products, solutions, and services.n
- Handle Project Sales & Post-Sales Activities, ensuring a smooth customer experience.n
- Create, update, and maintain an organized client and project database.n
