- Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and serversn
- Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gapsn
- Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cyclesn
- Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA statusn
- Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teamsn
- Maintain documentation,



reports and compliance evidencen

nRequirements
n
- n
- 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operationsn
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux/macOS patchingn
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Managementn
- Robust troubleshooting, communication and coordination skillsn
- Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabadn

nEducation: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
