- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Capability Development initiatives, driving the integration of business objectives with sustainable social impact. This role will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact, scalable programs across key focus areas such as education, livelihoods, environment, and inclusion. N
- The incumbent will playa critical role in shaping the organization's social impact strategy, building partnerships,



and establishing robust frameworks for impact measurement and governance. N

- Define and lead the organization's CSR and capability development strategy aligned with overall business priorities N
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, scalable programs, and measurable outcomes N
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the CSR and social impact ecosystem N

nProgram Design & Execution

- Design, implement, and scale high-impact CSR initiatives across multiple domains (education, livelihoods, workplace, inclusion) N
- Ensure programs are outcome-driven, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirements N
- Drive innovation by incorporating behavioral science, digital, and data-led approaches N

nStakeholder & Ecosystem Partnerships
