nWe run growth for a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands — skincare, beauty, apparel, lifestyle, wellness, food. Multiple Growth Leads, each owning several brands.
nThat structure creates a leak.
nWhen one Growth Lead cracks something, how fast does it reach every other brand it could work on? When one client hits a problem, how do we know it isn't quietly forming in four other accounts? When the Founder builds a current framework, how does it get out of his head and into how the company operates?
nRight now, too slowly. That's the job.
nThe mandate
nYou are not another Growth Lead. You take the highest-value growth thinking emerging from the Founder, from individual Growth Leads, and from individual accounts — and you inject it across the organisation.
nTwo responsibilities:
n1. Transfer learning across the portfolio
nWhen something works, you establish what worked, why, whether it's replicable, which brands it applies to, how it needs adapting, who implements it, whether they actually did, and what it produced.



When something breaks in one account, you find out whether it's forming elsewhere.
nIndividual problem → repeated pattern → systemic solution.
n2. Operationalise the Founder's innovation
nThe Founder develops new frameworks by applying them to a specific brand. You learn that thinking deeply enough to take it beyond that brand — extract the principle, convert it into a repeatable system, document it, train Growth Leads on it, drive adoption, measure impact.
nFounder insight → framework → playbook → training → implementation → measurement.
nThe goal is that the Founder's best thinking stops depending on the Founder being personally present in every account.
