In this role, you will be the primary architect and technical lead for our Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Marketing) implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless, data-driven customer experiences. If you are a dedicated problem-solver who enjoys translating complex business needs into elegant technical solutions, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end technical development, configuration, and customization of the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights environment.Design and implement sophisticated real-time marketing journeys, ensuring high deliverability and personalization accuracy.Develop custom plug-ins, workflows,



and Power Automate flows to extend platform functionality beyond out-of-the-box features.Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate disparate data sources into Customer Insights - Data, ensuring a unified customer profile.Maintain system health by performing regular audits, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing environment deployments.Advise stakeholders on best practices for audience segmentation and automated journey orchestration.Required QualificationsProven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specialized focus on the Customer Insights - Journeys module.Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Demonstrated ability to write and maintain high-quality C#, .NET, and JavaScript code for Dynamics customizations.Solid understanding of Common Data Service (Data verse) and web services (REST/OData).Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys or Data) Associate.Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) as they relate to Dynamics integrations.Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.Experience Level (4–7 Years)This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a professional who can operate independently while mentoring junior team members. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the Dynamics ecosystem, having successfully completed at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the marketing/journeys module. You will be relied upon to make architectural decisions that ensure long-term scalability and performance.
