Overview of PositionThis role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.Exp - 5 to 8 yearsLocation - NoidaResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputsStructure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendationsAnalyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesConduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areasDevelop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformationPerform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case valueCreate executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trendsBusiness Analytics and Delivery SkillsRequirement gathering, stakeholder management, and structured problem solvingData analysis, visualization, and exposure to AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)Define data needs, perform data preparation, and support AI-driven reportingProcess analysis, documentation,
