and overall profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete P&L; for the assigned regionDrive revenue and enrolment growth across centresIdentify and execute opportunities for opening current centresBuild local partnerships and referral networks, with a strong focus on engaging PaediatriciansDrive centre profitability through cost optimisationMonitor centre performance and take corrective actionsWork closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations teams⭐ Preferred BackgroundStrong professional experience engaging with Paediatricians — candidates from pharma or healthcare sales backgrounds, with a track record of meeting doctors and generating referrals, will be strongly preferredExisting network/connect with paediatricians in the North region will be an added advantageUnderstanding of parent psychology and the sensitivity involved in engaging with families of children with developmental needsWho We're Looking ForA results-oriented leader with 10+ years of experience in business development and regional operations, strong P&L; ownership, and the ability to build trust — both with the medical community and with parents — while leading cross-functional teams to scale centre performance across the North region, as we enter our next phase of growth as a listed company.
