nResponsibilities

- Lead and mentor EUC engineers, desktop support analysts, and technical specialists.n
- Involve in shift management and resource management.n
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development activities.n
- Act as the escalation point for critical EUC incidents.n
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.n
- Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.n
- Good knowledge of ITIL and preferably ITIL certified.n
- Ready to work in 24*7 environment.n
- 6-8 Years of experience in Remote EUC.n
- Knowledge of Nexthink and good knowledge in Intune.n
- Aware of vulnerability management.n
- Good knowledge of ITIL.n
- Experience in Remote EUC.n
- Knowledge of Nexthink.n
- Positive knowledge in Intune.n
- ITIL certification.n
- Aware of vulnerability management.n
