Role: Growth Associate

Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR Field Travel)

We are looking for an Associate to handle our existing vending machine network and drive new school / university activations.
- Handle end-to-end operations of existing vending machines in schools and other locations including refilling, stock audit, and uptime
- Manage kiosk and canteen setup and daily operations
- Open for regular field visits for installations, audits and relationship management with school admins
- Reach out to schools, universities and institutions via calling and emails, send mails, proposals, decks and align meetings for senior team
- Take regular follow-ups with leads and maintain lead tracker in sheets




- Find and negotiate with vendors for vending machine procurement, spare parts and raw materials
- Coordinate with technicians and service partners for maintenance
- Cash collection tracking, stock reconciliation and basic finance / P&L; for each location
- Maintain inventory, SOPs and expense records

Requirement: 1-2 years in field sales / operations / institutional operations. Valuable communication in English & Hindi, strong in Excel/Sheets, comfortable with field work and vendor handling.
