- 10–12 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative sellingn
- Engineering degree; MBA is an added advantagen
- Exceptional communication & presentation skillsn
- Strong analytical and Excel skillsn
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable sales processesn
- Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to manage & grow teamsn
- Strategic thinker with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentn
- Willingness to travel extensively, including internationallyn
- Bonus: Network in the hotel industry + exposure to e-commercen
