nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Research AI, SaaS and product companies to identify high-potential prospects.n
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify founders, CXOs and hiring decision-makers.n
- Run outbound outreach through cold email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.n
- Qualify prospects and book meetings with founders and hiring leaders.n
- Understand hiring needs and position Zensei's recruitment services accordingly.n
- Manage follow-ups and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.n
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.n
- Keep prospect, activity and pipeline data updated accurately in the CRM.n





nWho We're Looking For
n
- n
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.n
- Prior hands-on B2B sales experience is mandatory.n
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS or professional services is preferred.n
- Strong written and spoken English and comfortable with cold outreach.n
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.n
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.n
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales prospecting tools.n
- Available to work on-site from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.n
