nAbout the Role:
n"As an Invoicing Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customer and meet the invoice delivery timelines."
nWhat You'll Be Doing :

- Prepare and Issue invoices to customersn
- Meet the invoice delivery timelinesn
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sitesn
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchangen
- Understand the key areas on invoicing specific to customern
- Check each field on the invoices before submissionn
- Ensure all the supporting's and backups are in place and attached to invoicesn
- Timely and immediate update on invoice submission status in Navisionn
- Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as referencen
- Work closely with payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submissionn

- Send out statement of accounts to customer.n
- Reconcile self-billed cases with customer approved timesheets, any mismatch inn

nbilling /payment to be sorted and ensure AR hygiene

- Handing invoice rejections and credit and rebillsn
- Maintain SOP/ standard guide for complete invoicing process account wise andn

nupdate it timely

- n
- Continuous support into improvement of platforms for invoicingn
- Assist Credit control in invoicing and collection of paymentn

nWhat We're Looking For :

- n
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in invoicing.n
- Should be excellent with both written and oral communication.n
- Should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivotn

nTable)

- Should have good analytical & process knowledge.n
- Should have positive accounting knowledge.n
