nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she will possess technical expertise in :

- n
- SAN – HPE XP7/XP8, Primera, 3PARn
- NAS – Dell PowerScale (formerly ISILON)n
- Brocade SAN Fabricn
- Storage Replication technologiesn
- Storage failover/failback in Disaster Recovery operationsn
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Operating Systems and storage-related software & configuration parametersn
- Basic working knowledge of High-Availability solution – Microsoft Cluster Service and Veritas InfoScalen
- Scripting / automation experiencen
- Work with tools such as CyberArk (privileged access management), OMI suite (events/alerts management)n

nQualifications/Education Required:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplinen

nExperience Required:

- 8 - 12 years of relevant hands-on work experiencesn

nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she is able to work in shift / weekend / Oncall support.

- Shift timing, split in 4 different shifts, begins from Monday 04:30 IST and ends on Saturday approx. 00:30 IST.n
- Oncall Support : To provide Oncall support services on rotational basis during operational off hours.n
- Weekend Support : Mandatory to work on every 3rd Saturday of every monthn
- Public Holiday Support : Paris (Client) Holidays will be followed as public holidaysn
