nThe role will work closely with leadership, business development, international markets,
nproduct, R&D; and other internal stakeholders to ensure that Molbio’s corporate narrative, key
ndevelopments and business priorities are communicated consistently and effectively across
nmarkets.
n

nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong writing, media engagement, stakeholder management
nand coordination skills, with an ability to understand complex healthcare and diagnostics topics
nand translate them into transparent, compelling communication.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Corporate Communications
n
- n
- Support the development and execution of Molbio’s corporate communications plan and priorities.n
- Develop corporate communication materials including announcements, leadership messaging, corporate profiles, presentations, talking points, articles and other communication assets.n




- Identify and develop stories that strengthen Molbio’s corporate reputation and visibility.n
- Support leadership communications, including speeches, interviews, talking points and external presentations.n
- Work with internal teams to identify business developments, partnerships, milestones and impact stories that can be amplified externally.n
- Ensure consistency of Molbio’s corporate narrative and brand positioning across communication channels.n

n2. Media & PR Engagement

- n
- Support proactive media engagement across business, healthcare, diagnostics, science and international trade media.n
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant journalists, editors and industry platforms.n
- Develop press releases, media briefs, Q&As;, media kits, pitch notes and other PR materials.n
- Support media opportunities for senior leadership, including interviews, contributed articles and expert commentary.n
- Track media coverage
