- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checksn
- Manage polling engines, additional pollers, and HA setupn
- Configure proactive monitoring for servers, network devices, applicationsn
- Define custom alerts, thresholds, and escalation policiesn
- Reduce alert noise via tuning and automationn
- Develop custom dashboards and views for leadership, operations, and NOC teamsn
- Create reports on availability, performance, capacity trendsn
- Enable business service monitoring (BSM) viewsn
- Integrate SolarWinds with:n
- ServiceNow / ITSM toolsn
- Email, SNMP traps, syslogn
- Develop automation using:n
