nWhat We're Looking For
nResponsibilities

- Comfortable writing SQL, joins, aggregations, window functions; BigQuery experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learnern
- Some exposure to Metabase or a similar BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Mode), or genuine willingness to pick it up quicklyn
- A valuable eye for data: you notice when a number looks off before someone tells you, and you dig into why rather than just reporting whatn




- Structured thinking, able to break a vague question into a testable analysis plann
- Basic Python or scripting ability is a plusn
- Clear written communication, you can explain a finding to someone who isn't technicaln
- Interest in eventually growing into a product rolen
