- Manage and expand an existing enterprise client account in Bangalore, with a focus on increasing our business presence and revenue within the account.n
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, IT Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and key business stakeholders.n
- Identify new opportunities across departments, business units, technologies, and locations within the existing client organization.n
- Understand the client's technical and business requirements and work closely with recruiting/delivery teams to identify the right talent and solutions.n
- Leverage existing relationships to generate current requirements, increase hiring volumes, and expand into new areas of the account.n
- Conduct regular client meetings, understand upcoming hiring plans, and proactively position our capabilities and services.n
- Track account pipeline, revenue, requirements, and growth opportunities and provide regular updates to leadership.n
- Technical background or experience in IT staffing/recruitment is preferred, with the ability to understand technologies, job requirements, and technical skill sets.n
