nEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.n

nWORK EXPERIENCE

- 1–4 years of experience in Agreements, CRM, Customer Coordination, Documentation, Real Estate or a related field.n
- Experience in the real estate / property industry will be preferred.n

nJOB SUMMARY
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Agreement Executive to manage agreement-related activities, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and ensure timely completion of the agreement signing process.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- n
- Coordinate with customers through calls, emails and meetings for agreement signing and related activities.n
- Regularly call and follow up with clients regarding pending agreements, corrections, signatures and other agreement-related requirements.n




- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Accounts, Sales and CRM for agreement corrections, approvals and required changes.n
- Meet clients, whenever required, to explain the agreement signing process and address basic queries.n
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure timely and accurate updating of agreement status.n
- Track pending agreements and continuously follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure.n
- Maintain accurate records of agreements and all related documents.n
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of agreement-related activities as per internal processes.n
