nWe are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies across political campaigns, public affairs, and high-impact political initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of politics, media, and public discourse.

nRoles & Responsibilities

- Develop communication strategies, narratives, and messaging for political campaigns and initiatives.n
- Draft speeches, talking points, briefs, press notes, statements, articles, and other communication material.n
- Conduct research on political, social, economic, and current affairs topics.n
- Monitor news, media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging political narratives.n
- Work closely with strategy, research, creative, digital, and media teams.n
- Support media engagement and external communication initiatives.n
- Translate complex political issues into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communication.n
- Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all communication outputs.n
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.n

nRequirements

- n
- More than 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Political Consulting, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field.n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Strong research, storytelling, and content creation abilities.n
- Good understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, media, and public discourse.n
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.n
