- Underwrite health proposals as per internal guidelines, analyzing age, sum insured, declarations, plan type, and PPMC reports to decide acceptance, rejection, counter-offers, and premium loadings while maintaining target loss ratios.n
- Manage end-to-end processes for Pre-Policy Medicals (PPMC) and Annual Health Check-ups (AHC), including vendor coordination and TPA audits to improve efficiency and quality.n
- Coordinate with vendors and internal sales/marketing teams to clear proposals, ensure diagnostic center availability, and optimize business volume versus DC ratios.n
- Prepare and analyze MIS and dashboards such as sourcing, renewals, budget vs. achievement, loss ratio reports, and board presentations,



with strong Excel proficiency.n
- Support system enhancements by performing UATs for new products, APIs, and system developments, with clear communication and stakeholder collaboration.n

nQualifications
nMBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, BUMS, or allied medical/paramedical degrees
nRequired Skills
nStrong health underwriting skilled with medico background, expertise in PPMC/AHC
nmanagement, data-driven underwriting decisions, vendor and TPA coordination, MIS reporting, UAT execution, and effective stakeholder communication
