nTHE ROLE

- n
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation systems across manufacturing operationsn
- Integration of 6 axis robot cells, cobot integration, PLC-based control systems, and Special Purpose Machinesn
- Acts as the technical link between production requirements and automation solutions on the shop floor.n
- Plays a key role in scaling automation across new and existing production lines to improve throughput and reduce manual interventionn
- Partners with vendors and OEMs during equipment procurement, installation, and commissioningn

nWHAT YOU WILL DO
n
- n
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for production equipmentn
- Integrate and program industrial robots and cobots for pick-and-place, welding, assembly,



or material handling applicationsn
- Support design, development, and commissioning of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)n
- Troubleshoot automation systems (electrical, mechanical, and software) to minimize downtimen
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line efficiency and OEEn
- Prepare and maintain documentation — control logic, wiring diagrams, SOPs, and change recordsn
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on automation upgrades and cost reductionn
- Ensure automation systems comply with safety standards and guidelinesn

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n
- n
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing automationn
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots and cobots (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots)n
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar)n
- Experience in SPM design/development or working closely with SPM builde
