- Ensure Timely claim settlement, account reconciliation and service standardsn
- Handle customer concerns so that customer attrition is controlled and monitoredn

- Ensure that sales, collection, C- forms, competitor activity, and account reconciliation are carried out in accordance with the aim on a regular basis.n




- Identified gaps in monthly MIS Report - Budget Vs Actual in accordance with the marketn
- Benchmark of company products, prices, services and market share vs. the competitor elementsn
- Collect sales reports from their subordinate and check their performance on a regular basisn
- Supervise the work carried out by subordinates and help in better guidance for achieving their targetsn

nLearning and Development
