The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the institutional segment.

- Institutional Sales Achievement -Secondaryn
- Recent Tender Acquisition and Rate Contract Management.n
- Government and Corporate Hospital Empanelments.n
- Understand the purchase process of Various Govt Institutes (i.e. Medical Colleges ,Defence, Railways , AIIMS,PSU and ESIC's ).n
- Key Account Development and Relationship Management.n
- Institutional Team Development and Performance Tracking.n
- Coordination with Finance, SCM, and Product Teams for order execution.n
- Cross-functional collaboration for new product inclusion in tenders.n
- Drive compliance and ensure ethical business practices.n

nRequirements:

- MBA in Healthcare/Sales & Marketingn




- 8+ years of experience in medical devices sales, preferably in institutional salesn
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and medical devices industryn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsn
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsn
