nJob Summary: A listed real estate and development company is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to manage the legal aspects of real estate transactions, provide legal opinions on property-related issues, and handle various property matters in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Maharashtra land laws and RERA regulations, along with solid legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Draft, review and negotiate property-related agreements such as Agreements for Sale,



Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, etc.n
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts/agreements related to the support functions of the Company.n
- Conduct title due diligence, revenue record scrutiny, encumbrance checks and search reports.n
- Ensure compliance with Maharashtra-specific real estate laws, including MLRC, RERA, MOFA and other applicable legislations.n
- Handle RERA registrations, updates and compliance filings.n
- Identify legal risks in transactions and propose mitigation strategies.n
- Provide legal opinions on property-related issues.n

nKey Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra-specific property laws.n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.n
- Prior experience in RERA Compliance and Registration is preferred.n

nEducation: LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
