Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
nDesign Chapter Lead is one of the most critical role in VIL's journey of becoming a technology company and ambition to be a digital telco. Design chapter lead will lead UX/UI and Visual designers with-in the digital tribe and will be responsible for design thinking in everything we do. As a chapter lead, the individual will help build the design process, and push the envelope of where design and business meet to deliver compelling design solutions for VIL customers.
nYou'll be responsible for the overall quality of design output and its contribution to project objectives, actively collaborating with Business stakeholders, Product owners and development leads. You will manage and oversee the delivery of a range of projects and product builds, defining product scope, goals, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
nDesign chapter lead will also train, mentor and direct other designers in the development of interactive prototypes with initial,



low fidelity visual designs that present a realistic feel of the intended experience to finished products which our customers love.
