Job DescriptionAleido India is looking for a Documentation Team Lead to for our Bengaluru delivery centre. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating documentation activities, guiding the team, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and serving as the primary day-to-day interface between client stakeholders and the documentation team.
nThe ideal candidate combines solid technical communication expertise with people leadership, delivery coordination, and a passion for modern content practices.
nIn addition to driving delivery excellence, the Team Lead will champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve documentation quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
nThis role is suited to an experienced technical communicator who enjoys leading teams, working closely with clients, and building scalable documentation practices in a global delivery environment.

nDelivery Coordination

- Plan and coordinate documentation activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to agreed quality standards.n
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of delivery issues.n
- Ensure adherence to documentation processes, templates, style guides, and quality requirements.n
- Track team performance against agreed delivery objectives.n
