n### Job Summary
nWe are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
n### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.n
- Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.n
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.n
- Maintain billing records and supporting documents.n
- Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.n




- Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.n
- Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.n
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.n

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.n
- 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.n
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).n
- Good communication and coordination skills.n
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.n

- Experience with ERP or billing software.n
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.n
- Solid analytical and documentation skills.n
