nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Compliance & Onboarding Manager to lead regulatory compliance initiatives and oversee customer onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations while optimizing onboarding workflows to deliver a seamless and compliant client experience. This role requires deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, KYC/AML standards, and cross-functional leadership.
nResponsibilities:
nCompliance Management

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR, FATCA, etc.).n
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.n
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess impact on business operations.n
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.n
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage audits or inspections.n




- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and board members.n

nClient Onboarding Oversight

- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding processes (individual and corporate clients).n
- Ensure thorough KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures are followed.n
- Oversee customer due diligence reviews and risk profiling.n
- Manage onboarding SLAs while maintaining regulatory compliance.n
- Handle high-risk or complex onboarding cases.n
- Implement automation and process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.n

nRisk Management

- Monitor suspicious activities and ensure SAR/STR filings where required.n
- Support enterprise risk management initiatives.n
