nKey Responsibilities

- Design and build high-quality digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences from raw materials (PPTs, videos, documents, SME input)n
- Engineer learning journeys that are engaging, modular and scalable within 360Learning and SuccessFactorsn
- Apply instructional design, learning science and UX principles to optimise learner experiencen
- Create reusable templates, patterns and assets to accelerate content development across academiesn
- Partner with SMEs and academy leads to shape learning journeys and assets, working mostly independently in line with agreed requirementsn
- Rapidly prototype, test and iterate learning assets based on learner feedback and usage datan
- Ensure consistency of learning standards,



tone and quality across enterprise and business academiesn
- Collaborate closely with the learning technologist on platform functionality and optimisation.n

- Strong instructional design and learning experience design backgroundn
- Hands-on experience creating digital learning content and journeys at scalen
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogyn
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completionn
- Comfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source materialn
- Experience designing for social, cohort-based or collaborative learning models (desirable)n
- Strong visual, written and interaction design sensibilityn
- Ability to work rapid without sacrificing qualityn
- Practical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360Learning experience a strong advantage)n
