We are hiring for one of India's leading B2 B e-commerce marketplaces specializing in steel and construction materials. The company provides a one-stop solution for MSMEs, enabling businesses to source quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current MSME clients for steel products. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. Convert qualified leads into long-term B2 B clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Manage the sales pipeline effectively and consistently achieve sales targets. Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2 B sales. Candidates with field sales experience who are interested in transitioning to an inside sales role are also encouraged to apply. BE/B. Tech is mandatory. Strong client acquisition and business development skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results. Energetic, resilient, and proactive approach to sales. Languages Required
