Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. NJob Opening: ServiceNow HRSD Architect (Integrations Focus)
NWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems,



building automated workflows, and connecting different HR systems together — this role is for you.
NWhat You Will Do

- N
- Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) setup on ServiceNow — including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events. N
- Design end‐to‐end HR processes: workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy. N
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and: N
- SAP HR / HCMn
- Payroll systems N
- Identity management platforms (IDAM) N
- Mobile appsn
- Create automations using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer. N
- Ensure HR data securityand compliance across the platform. N
- Use ServiceNow's AI capabilities (Now Assist, Co‐pilots) to enhance HR user experience. N
