Job Title: Performance Marketer

nWe're building a quick-growing skincare brand and are looking for someone who knows how to turn ad spend into real, measurable growth.
nIf you've worked with D2C brands, understand customer behavior, and enjoy scaling campaigns that deliver real results, this role will be a strong fit for you.
nWhat you'll be doing

- n
- You will own the entire performance marketing engine, not just parts of it.n
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)n
- Take full responsibility for customer acquisition — from first click to final purchasen
- Work closely with the creative team to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pagesn
- Run continuous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROIn
- Track and optimize key metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTVn
- Set up and manage funnels, pixels, events, and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)n
- Use remarketing, lookalike audiences,



and smart segmentation to improve performancen
- Manage and scale budgets responsibly while maintaining profitabilityn
- Share clear insights through weekly and monthly reports — what's working, what's not, and what to do nextn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketingn
- Strong experience in D2C (skincare, beauty, or personal care is a big plus)n
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystemsn
- Comfortable working with Shopify and conversion funnelsn
- Strong analytical thinking — you should be someone who trusts data, not guessworkn
- Someone who takes ownership and thinks like a business owner, not just an executorn
