Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
NCoordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities
NSchedule and support field service engineers for timely customer response
NManage customer service requests and ensure prompt resolution
NCoordinate spare parts availability and service planning
NMonitor service KPIs, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction
NSupport AMC management, service reporting, and process improvements
NWhat We're Looking For:

- Diploma/Degree inMechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline N
- 5+ years of experience in service coordination within machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation sectors N
- Robust customer service, planning, and communication skills N
- Experience with ERP/CRMsystems and service management processes N
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment N
