Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Retail Data Migration Consultant – BODS to support a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA Retail transformation and store rollout program.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of SAP Data Migration experience, robust hands-on expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS), and proven experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Retail / IS-Retail.

The role involves building and executing extraction, transformation and load processes for retail master and transactional data, along with reconciliation, data validation, defect resolution and cutover support.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and unit-test SAP BODS jobs, dataflows and mappings. Perform extraction, transformation and loading of retail data into SAP S/4 HANA. Work with retail objects across MM, SD,



FI and IS-Retail. Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing and reconciliation. Support repeat/delta loads, mock migrations and go-live cutovers. Troubleshoot migration defects and failed records. Handle high-volume article, pricing and inventory data. Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, legacy-system teams and business data owners. Candidates must have completed at least one full greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Retail implementation, with practical exposure to retail objects such as Article, Article Hierarchy, Site Master, Vendor and Customer.
