About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Executive - Business Development & Partnerships to drive recent business and strategic partnerships for Scale Global across markets.

You will identify and develop high-potential consumer brands, engage decision-makers, understand their expansion priorities, and drive opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, solutioning, proposal, and closure.

This is a new-business role for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors, and turning opportunities into commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Business Development
- Identify and develop high-potential consumer brands across priority categories and markets
- Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals and ecosystem relationships
- Engage founders, business heads and senior commercial decision-makers
- Run discovery and qualification conversations and progress opportunities towards closure

Solutioning & Proposals
- Understand brand expansion requirements across markets and channels
- Work with Category, Regulatory, Operations,



Growth and other teams to structure the right solution
- Coordinate proposals, scopes, pricing and commercial documentation
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations through closure

Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnerships that can create pipeline, market access and channel opportunities
- Build relationships with marketplaces, distributors, accelerators, trade organisations and other ecosystem partners
- Develop partner-led and referral opportunities

Pipeline & Commercial Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and opportunity tracking
- Drive timely follow-ups and maintain momentum across active opportunities
- Track pipeline, conversion, and deal progress against targets
- Ensure smooth handover of won accounts to Category & Account Management teams

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships or a similar commercial role
