ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager with solid analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified.

You'll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts,maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.

We are about 700+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other Gen AI areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own assigned client accounts as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, follow-ups, meetings,requirements, and issue resolution.



Drive new business and account growth across enterprise clients through Staff Augmentation, Product Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, and Outcome-Based Projects. Develop and manage sales opportunities with large enterprises, banks, financial institutions, government organizations, PSUs, and other large institutions. Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Heads, Procurement teams, government stakeholders, and institutional decision-makers to create and close opportunities. Identify and pursue government tenders, RFPs, institutional projects, and large transformation programs, coordinating internally for proposals and commercial closure. Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and wallet share. Collaborate with Delivery, Technology, Recruitment, Presales, and Leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements and commitments. Track pipeline, account performance, revenu
