Role Description The Program Manager – Healthcare will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing skill development and healthcare communication programs. This full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati involves coordinating with partner colleges, hospitals,



and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of OSCE-based training and simulation lab activities.

The Program Manager will manage schedules, resources, and faculty, monitor program quality and learner progress, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. They will support curriculum adaptation, ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, and facilitate feedback loops to enhance training effectiveness. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of processes to align programs with evolving healthcare and education needs.
