About the Role
We're looking for a Tele-Sales Executive who can be the first voice a potential customer hears from E Building. You'll be reaching out to society committees and residents, explaining our platform, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, can explain things clearly and patiently, and thrives on targets — this role is for you.
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Ahmedabad office. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to work from Ahmedabad.
What You'll Do
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers — society committee members, RWA presidents, and property managers
- Understand the customer's current challenges with society management and position E Building as the solution
- Explain E Building's products clearly, calmly,



and confidently — society management, home services, and staffing
- Schedule qualified product demos for the sales team
- Conduct online demos independently when required
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and demo booking goals
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the team to help improve our pitch

What We're Looking For
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to work from Ahmedabad immediately
- Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, confident, and professional over the phone
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati — all three are significant for this role
- Patient and calm demeanour — able to explain a product to someone who may not be tech-savvy
- Willingness to learn the product inside out and stay updated as features evolve
- Self-driven and target-oriented — you don't need so
