3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & OPERATIONAL TERMS

Age Requirement: 18 – 35 Years

Education Qualification: SSLC / +2 / ITI / Diploma and Any Degree

Experience Level: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Shift Duration: 8 Hours / Day

Work Schedule: 6 Days / Week

Casual Leaves: 2 Days / Month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,500 / month (100% monthly attendance compliance)

Overtime (OT)



Rate: ₹165 / hour (Operational demand, max 2 hrs/day)
