We are hiring a full time Villa/Resort Manager to handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team supervision at our property in Pondicherry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
Oversee housekeeping, room cleanliness, and property maintenance.
Supervise support staff (security, garden, maintenance).
Track stock of amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
1–10 years experience in hospitality or guest house management.
Fluent in Tamil; basic English required.
Responsible, honest, and available to work weekends/holidays.
