We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Operations Assistant to manage the day-to-day activities of our premium laundry and dry-cleaning store.
Job Responsibilities
Opening and closing the store on time
Receiving customer clothes and accepting laundry/dry-cleaning orders
Creating and updating customer orders in the store system
Handling customer queries and providing basic information about services
Handing over completed orders and collecting payments
Coordinating incoming and outgoing garments
Sorting, tagging and organizing garments properly
Checking garments before accepting and before delivery
Coordinating with the laundry/dry-cleaning processing team
Folding, packing and arranging finished garments
Maintaining proper records of received and delivered orders
Following up on pending and ready-for-delivery orders
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization of the store
Ensuring garments are handled carefully and stored safely
Supporting other day-to-day store operations as required
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates preferred
Responsible, punctual and hardworking
Good customer-handling and communication skills
Basic computer/mobile application knowledge
Able to maintain order records and handle basic billing/payment activities
Good attention to detail while handling garments
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store operations
Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, retail, front-office, customer service or similar work is preferred

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store, including store opening and closing, customer order acceptance, order delivery, payment handling, garment coordination and maintaining proper order records.
