We have openings ground staff and cashier in Trivandrum international airport Kerala

Dear Candidate,

This position is open with IndiGO Airlines.

Ground Staff Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and welcoming passengers, and

responding to questions.

2. Checking in baggage.

3. Making reservations.

4. Selling airline tickets.

5. Stocking aircraft with refreshments.

6. Cleaning aircraft after flights.

7. Assisting disabled passengers and those

with small children.

8. Providing information to passengers.

Ground Staff Requirements:

1. Diploma in administration or travel, or PG

diploma course.

2. Experience in customer care.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed.

4. Willing to work shifts.

5. Computer literate.
