Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads

• Explain company services and offers

• Promote Digital Marketing Services to businesses

• Explain services like Social Media Marketing, Instagram & Facebook Marketing, Google Business Profile, Local SEO, WhatsApp Marketing, Reels & Content Creation

• Generate current leads and identify potential business clients

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Follow up with interested customers and potential clients

• Maintain basic customer/lead information

• Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for client requirements

• Convert interested leads into customers
