Responsibilities:
Conceptual and Applied
•
Preparation and consolidation of periodic institutional and management reports, including review, analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
•
Preparation, monitoring, review and reconciliation of of Fixed Assets Register and other Assets Management records.
•
Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
•
Assisting in physical stock verification
•
Assist in allocation of budget
•
Assist outreach locations with Audit requirements
•
Assist in preparing Inter-Office Accounts
Internal and External
•
Liaise and assist with Internal and External Audits
•
Has to coordinate with other units for inflow of information to finance and also coordinate with all locations across Asia and Africa to gather information related to finance.
•




Liaise with outreach locations
•
Liaise with PSDS for Assets Management-related activities
Timeliness and Quality
•
Oversee and provide accurate and timely Reports/data to the Senior Manager - Finance for decision-making purposes
Requirements
•
CA Inter/MBA
•
1-2 Years of Experience
Experience
•
Master’s degree in finance or Related/ CA Intern
•
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Finance in preparation, analysis and reconciliation of financial statements, MIS, financial forecasts and Assets Management. Expertise in handling accounting functions.
