Position Purpose and Nature
Responsible for overall performance of Housekeeping of the site
Key Accountabilities and Duties
Checking front of the house as well back of the house daily basis.
Checking caddies & trolleys.
Checking duty roasters & absenteeism.
Checking grooming of the staffs.
Checking for the pest control measurers & follow-ups with the agency.
Take corrective actions on all nonconformities including incidents/accidents if any.
Checking all the necessary PPE’s of the staffs.




Maintaining whole of our landscaped area
Determine aspect-impacts including significant aspects and implement relevant controls.
Determine hazards-risk including significant hazards and implement controls
Participate in mock drills
Report near misses
Identify training needs and attend trainings as planned.
Implementing check lists & follow-ups.
Participate in incident investigation
Agency meetings & corrections.
Follow-up the SLA & KPI of the respective agencies.
Follow-up for trainings as per SOP’s.
Follow up for cleaning standard as per SOP’s.
Ensure PPM activities
Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
Authority
To assist in issue/ cancel permit for any planned activity
To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed
Conduct contractor monitoring and review meeting on monthly basis
Manage stock requirement and reordering of consumables for house keeping activities
